Faithful miniature of the Striped Tomato from Starsky and Hutch. Nice little replica, lots of detail. The case came cracked on mine, but it was small, so I didn’t mind. As for authenticity, the stripe is a bit elongated over the rear wheels, but it’s not too bad. I’ve seen far far worse on real cars. The wheels, however, are not correct. The style is okay, and the front wheels are spot on. The rear wheels are too skinny and the rear sits too low. It doesn’t have near the rake the real Torino had in the show. Because of that, I deducted a star. It’s nice size for the office, though. And, again, the detailing is quite nice.

This is a nice copy of the Torino used in the Starsky and Hutch TV show. It is the smaller version. Not the 1:18 scale. I would have preferred that one but they have gotten too pricey. I figured I would get one while the price is still reasonable. If you wanted one but missed out before the prices went up on the 1:18 get one of these while you can. I am glad I did.

Wheels were green and it was so hard to scrape off looked terrible no where in any picture were there green rims. Hope it was just a defect and now reluctant to buy another one and the little red police light broke off so all and all not happy

Nice model. Some small details make it a nice product. The Siren on top has a cable that runs inside. Sits at my desk next to my Mustang Model.
